{"id":1052,"date":"2023-05-11T14:28:09","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T14:28:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.viptechjob.eu\/?p=1052"},"modified":"2023-06-02T14:35:04","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T14:35:04","slug":"communique-de-presse-mai-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.viptechjob.eu\/index.php\/2023\/05\/11\/communique-de-presse-mai-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Communiqu\u00e9 de presse &#8211; mai 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les r\u00e9sultats du projet &#8220;VIP-Tech-Job: Time 2 Act !&#8221; sont enfin disponibles.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#707b81\"><strong>Apr\u00e8s deux ans de travail intense avec une communaut\u00e9 enthousiaste de jeunes VIP, d&#8217;\u00e9ducateurs et de formateurs, nous pouvons enfin partager un acc\u00e8s complet \u00e0 tous les r\u00e9sultats et m\u00e9thodes du projet. <br>Ces outils peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s par les \u00e9tablissements d&#8217;enseignement et les lieux de travail pour employer et inclure les jeunes d\u00e9ficients visuels (DV) dans la population active sur un pied d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 avec leurs homologues voyants.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet VTJ2 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse aux statistiques officielles qui montrent que la grande majorit\u00e9 des jeunes et adultes DV sont laiss\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cart des secteurs de l&#8217;emploi, malgr\u00e9 leurs efforts, leurs aptitudes et leurs comp\u00e9tences pour trouver du travail, car la plupart des employeurs ignorent leurs capacit\u00e9s et les connaissances qu&#8217;ils ont acquises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de cela, il existe un besoin exprim\u00e9 pour les jeunes DV de trouver un emploi r\u00e9el et \u00e0 long terme, de co-cr\u00e9er des lieux de travail universellement accessibles et de participer activement \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est pourquoi le partenariat VTJ2 s&#8217;est appuy\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats du premier projet VIP-TECH-JOB en introduisant une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;outils et de ressources qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la sensibilisation en rassemblant les voix, les exp\u00e9riences et les opinions des jeunes DV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des conseils et des orientations destin\u00e9s aux lieux de travail, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de promouvoir des ajustements raisonnables pour soutenir la participation des employ\u00e9s DV, tout en leur fournissant de nombreuses informations sur la l\u00e9gislation utile et les dispositions de l&#8217;\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats du projet sont maintenant enti\u00e8rement disponibles et peuvent \u00eatre directement consult\u00e9s sur le site Internet du projet: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.viptechjob.eu\">www.viptechjob.eu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats en quelques mots:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Plateforme How-To<\/strong> : Une s\u00e9rie de mini-cours adress\u00e9s aux jeunes DV et aux conseillers afin de leur fournir des informations utiles pour s&#8217;adresser aux employeurs potentiels, se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 un entretien d&#8217;embauche, conna\u00eetre leurs droits et responsabilit\u00e9s pour de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s <em>[partie des r\u00e9sultats du VIP-TECH-JOB]<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Web App <\/strong>: Une application web en ligne adress\u00e9e aux demandeurs d&#8217;emploi et aux employeurs. Elle offre un espace pour annoncer les postes ouverts, faciliter la recherche, l&#8217;interaction et des outils accessibles aux demandeurs d&#8217;emploi pour cr\u00e9er leur CV et leur lettre de motivation. Cet outil conserve un enregistrement des interactions pour r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ult\u00e9rieure<em> [partie des r\u00e9sultats du VIP-TECH-JOB]<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils de l&#8217;accessibilit\u00e9<\/strong> : Un programme \u00e9ducatif complet, accompagn\u00e9 de guides pratiques adress\u00e9s aux formateurs\/\u00e9ducateurs, aux employeurs\/recruteurs et aux jeunes DV demandeurs d&#8217;emploi. Il vise \u00e0 soutenir l&#8217;utilisation efficace des r\u00e9sultats de VIP-TECH-JOB\/VTJ2, \u00e0 travailler sur les pratiques de recherche d&#8217;emploi et \u00e0 se familiariser avec les l\u00e9gislations nationales et europ\u00e9ennes qui facilitent l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi. Il est \u00e9galement utile de comprendre les concepts et pratiques de base pour rendre les lieux de travail &#8211; et pas seulement &#8211; universellement accessibles et inclusifs <em>[une partie des r\u00e9sultats du VTJ2]<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Podcast <\/strong>: Une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;\u00e9pisodes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la recherche d&#8217;emploi et au march\u00e9 du travail. \u00c0 travers plusieurs interviews de personnalit\u00e9s, les auditeurs peuvent d\u00e9couvrir leurs exp\u00e9riences personnelles et professionnelles. En outre, ils discutent de l&#8217;accessibilit\u00e9 et du d\u00e9veloppement technologique et expriment leurs attentes, leurs d\u00e9sirs et leurs souhaits pour l&#8217;avenir <em>[partie des r\u00e9sultats du VTJ2]<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pack vid\u00e9o<\/strong> : Un ensemble de deux r\u00e9sultats distincts : un guide pratique et un documentaire. <br>Le guide pratique vise \u00e0 motiver les jeunes DV \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leurs propres pr\u00e9sentations vid\u00e9o et \u00e0 se sentir plus \u00e0 l&#8217;aise pour partager leur image en tant que professionnels. D&#8217;autre part, le documentaire vise \u00e0 faire entendre la voix des jeunes DV. Ils partagent l&#8217;importance des espaces et des pratiques accessibles, de l&#8217;inclusion et de leurs propres opinions et exp\u00e9riences.
